The Mind Work Strategy

Learn Shelley’s Mind Work strategy to exercise the front cortex of the brain in order to make the brain healthier, more integrated, and better able to function together as a whole.  As a college instructor, she has statistics to show that regular practice has decreased stress/anxiety and has the potential to increased grades by 22% compared to traditional learning methods.

Shelley Elliott, Ba.Sc.(HON) has significant experience in developing, implementing and assessing a wide range of educational programs in Canada.  Now, her major focus is on personal performance, education and health.  Shelley is providing both group and individual coaching through public speaking and workshops.  With her strong desire to share her experiences, she has shaped and inspired participants to better their lives by tapping into their own self-developed passions.

Shelley will be available to the York University campus from March 9 through March 11, 2010. She will be demonstrating and teaching her meditation techniques in order to boost brain power, confidence and inspiration to handle life's obstacles.

These days most people use different techniques for health, relaxation and stress management. The Mind Work strategy has cumulative effects: the more you practice, the longer and deeper the effects become.

Over the course of 2010, Shelley will facilitate events at different locations in and around North America.
